Initially, Klinik Wanita Banting was opened in 2004 at Jalan Morib, Banting, to provide antenatal and postnatal cares and gynaecological services. It was then shifted to Bandar Sungai Emas (near to the Tesco) and renamed as Metro Maternity Banting in 2007. It was renamed again as Hospital Wanite Metro Banting in 2010.
Hospital Wanite Metro Banting commenced its services in April 2008. Since then, it provides delivery services as well. It is well-equipped with modern equipments so that it can provide latest obstetrics and gynaecological services to the public.
